Listing Form
The details that you fill out on the Online Listing Form is the information that will appear on our web site, www.SyberSell.com, and will also appear on your Feature Sheets (a great additional selling tool). So be sure to be as accurate as possible when listing such things as room dimensions, and inclusions/exclusions. Also keep in mind that the more information you fill out on the listing form, the more information you make available for potential buyers.
The Sales Package Selection/Payment Page will open following the submission of your Listing Form. Your Listing Form will not be processed and posted to the Syber Sell web site until you have chosen a Sales Package, and submitted the Sales Package Selection Page.
Be sure to have a look at our Terms and Conditions, prior to listing your home for sale.
Your listing can remain on our site for 6 months with the purchase of either package with the option of renewing for $50.00 plus applicable taxes, and we allow a limited number of changes/updates each month to your listing (eg: new price, Open House banner, etc...). Changes can be submitted using the following email address updates@sybersell.com.
You are allowed up to 7 Pictures of your Home!
You are able to attach and forward up to seven digital (.jpg) photos of your home that will be added to your listing page. (Front exterior will automatically be generated as main photo unless otherwise requested.) All pictures will be shown in the sequence to which they are received in the email. You must submit your photos in JPEG format (horizontal preferred to vertical) and a minimum size of 400 (w) x 300 (h) pixels. Please name the photos by address. See an example below.

If you are unable to send all of your photos upon filling out your listing form, simply send any of your remaining photos to the following email address updates@sybersell.com. (be sure to identify the photos by either the listing number (SSL#000001) of your Listing Page and/or the Listings address.
(NOTE: Don't wait too long to send us your house pictures, since they will play a large role in sale your house.)
