Terms and Conditions
Syber Sell For Sale By Owner Systems (Canada) Inc.

I (The Vendor) hereby agree to the following:

1. Fees are payable in advance of services to be rendered or at time of listing.

2. Services will be provided for a 6 month period or until the earlier of:

• The property has been sold.
  
• The Owner wishes to discontinue the service, subject to verbal or written notice to Syber Sell. (Note that a 6 month renewal option of $50.00 plus applicable taxes is available for any package)
  

3. Syber Sell recommends that the Vendor consult with a lawyer before signing any Agreement of Purchase & Sale form.

4. Syber Sell For Sale By Owner Systems (Canada) Inc., and their customer representatives are not registered to "Trade" in real estate and are therefore prohibited from offering opinions of value or from being involved in the negotiating process. Please contact any one of our relevant participating Corporate Sponsors for information pertaining to these matters.

5. Once submitted, rights to material prepared and pictures taken are the property of Syber Sell. Unauthorized use or transfer is prohibited.

6. It is understood and agreed that Syber Sell will relay the information provided by the Owner in order to provide the services referred to herein, including the posting on the website. Therefore, the Vendor shall indemnify and hold Syber Sell harmless from any claims, action, damages, liability and expense which may result from its reliance on the information provided by the Vendor.
